all at sea

I've got the most horrendous cold or rather sore throat and cough and would have liked nothing better than to have stopped in bed all day but as I couldn't sleep for coughing I've just been half heartedly messing about with stuff.  The stamped image in the centre in another of my new stamps from Inkilicious, loving these collage images of theirs. Background is cover a card  stamp from impression obsession and the quadrant and anchor are Kanban. , The white dots at the top were texture paste through a stencil. now I didn't know you shouldn't heat it so I did and it blew up into bubbles which burst, quite fascinating but not what I meant to do but being in a gung ho mood thought I'd just leave them.Bit of holey stuff and frontage embossing powders in marine and white, bit of crackle on the quadrant and anchor. Fits a few challenges I hope

  9. Wa-hoo! I must give you kudos on both the entertaining write-up and the finished product! I always love it when an artist admits to a "whoops" moment. And in this case, I thought it made the bubbles look that much more interesting! Hope you're feeling better by now, but if not, take comfort in knowing that your genius shines through even when you are feeling half-dead with a cold! I also love the title of your blog, which really resonated with my owl-like crafting tendencies! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing piece with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog!
