chocolate and cream

I was lucky enough to receive Tim Holtz French industrial paper pad for Christmas, having spent ages admiring it and stroking the pages I managed to force myself to actually cut up one page to make this card, I'd just got the Joycraft stamp as well so it's all new stash. The hessian(burlap?) flowers are cut from a roll of the stuff I've had for years, don't know what it was meant for, it has quite a firm paper backing, took it off one flower and it started to fray so left it on the other one, the buttons are for the raspberry bit of Fashionable Stamping Challenge which is Chocolate, cream and raspberry. 1. Hi Joan, that industrial paper pad is so beautiful and well done for using it so quickly! I really love that new stamp and the flowers are so pretty - I have some of that stiff burlap too, I think I bought mine in the days when I did some upholstery, so glad I kept it now. Hugs, Anne x

  9. Never over-estimate the fondle factor! We must have time to fondle our new toys before we break down and actually use them. :D

Now I need to play with my dies and my miles of burlap. Mine isn't paper-backed, so we'll see how that goes.

Thanks for joining us at Shopping Our Stash!
