More messing

Still struggling with the elusive mojo but keep setting myself challenges to make myself do something.  I am forever buying magazines because they have rather nice "free" stamps etc with them, mostly I flick through the magazine, chuck the free stamps into a carrier bag with other "stuff" I will get round to and there they stay. Anyhow tonight I thought I would challenge myself to make a card with the stamps with Creative Stamping magazine and a lovely selection they are too this month however I have chosen to use the digital image from the magazine for my card tonight, been chucking the brushos about and distressing a piece of music paper to match, the wording is also from the same set. I'd like to enter this into

Try It On Tuesday - I can hear music  (you know how it feels when you just have that tune on your brain !)

  1. Love the pretty blends of Brusho's Joan and such a good idea to use them on the music paper as well so everything coordinates.

  2. I know exactly what you mean about the free stamps Joan. They seem like a real bargain at the time and then quite often they don't get used. I'm really glad that you've used these stamps as this cad looks wonderful. I absolutely agree with Brenda about everything being beautifully co-ordinated. The colours work so well together, I love the use of brushos and the stamp and sentiment are just perfect against the music background. This is definitely right up my street, I love it! Sandra :) X
