Where has it gone ?

Help !  the toolbar has disappeared from the top of my blog meaning I can't sign in or anything,the only way I got on here was to go to the bottom of the page and go to home and then the tool bar is there ! is anyone else having this problem ,can anyone help ?

    Hi Joan, I came straight to your normal page, I cannot see anything wrong on there. I have not experienced the problem you have before so not sure what to advise. Hope it resolves itself!
