H is for..........

Haberdasher/haberdashery -  with my love of all things vintage sewing it was a no brainer to choose haberdashery for my letter H. Just my usual gessoed dictionary page , I used cosmic shimmer chalk mists and distress inks, some Indigo Blu/Inkilicious and Justrite stamps, my trusty bit of sequin waste,a button and some bits of lace and old tape measure. Think i had not stuck the masking tape down very well and the ink had seeped under it and almost obliterated the wording.

  10. If you use the word haberdashery over here no one knows what you are talking about. My grand parents had a small wool and haberdashery so your pages brought back some wonderful memories for me. I love your background and the row of thimbles at the bottom. Very creative page
