Merry and Bright

I was determined I wasn't buying more Christmas stamps this year other than the snowman but guess what ? I couldn't resist the Sizzix stamps and dies in the holiday joy set. I have the deer in the big dies but always think its too big for a card, these are scaled down more to card making size. Bit of Joy craft DP and a couple of pieces of torn paper, bit of ribbon and the frantage chunky white EP for snow. The sentiment stamp is a freebie from Creative Stamping, they have a lovely set of stamps on the latest magazine.

  7. Ha, ha! I laughed at your write-up because I, too, make the "no more Christmas stamps" vow every November and have already broken it a few times! :) But in your case, I'm so glad you did because you used these Sizzix stamps beautifully! I love the background you created, too, with the polka dots that resemble snow. The music embellishment at the bottom is gorgeous and the whole thing came together so well! Thank you for sharing your talents with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog.
