owl be watching you

Used up another piece of card from the stack, this background is a gelli plate one, I started off with another piece of gelli plate paper. got nearly finished and then messed up stamping the wording so into the bin it went and started over again with another piece. My Stampendous steampunk owl has not seen many outings so when I saw the Artful times challenge was owls out he came.  Used a memory box stencil for the sun rays and a Kaisercraft edges stamp(so useful,love them) I think the quote is a Woodware stamp.  Really fed up of the weather, wanted to be outside planting up tubs and baskets , instead my poor plants have been almost drowned in the deluge!

    Sorry the first attempt got messed up but the second one is fab! Love the rays and the wise old owl is great with his hat and watch on.
    I agree about those Kaiser stamps - some great images you can use - just as you have done.
