Imagine

I've just spent a very boring few hours putting inserts in cards, finding envelopes and cello bags getting cards ready to take to the local hairdressers who sell them for me for our groups charity. This year our chosen charity is MIND, the lady representative from the organisation said they are a forgotten charity and get very little help so I hope we manage to raise a good amount for them, last year we raised over £4000 for our local hospital new unit.   However, to get round to my card that I've just finished off , brusho background, I used Ost Blue for the first time , I loved the explosion of colour it produced, the other colour is orange.  Originally I coloured the birds with brusho as paints but they looked a bit muddy so I stamped them again on another brusho paper(cobalt and emerald green) cut them out and stuck them over the original birds. I'd ;like to enter this on Lisa Bs design challenge

  5. I can totally identify Joan as that's the bit I dislike as well, I try to do them every time I have a couple made, but rarely does it work.

If you are like me it gives a great sense of satisfaction making for charity, for the last few years all of my surplus has gone to the AHT at Newmarket. Last year I sent almost 500 and raised far more in their Visitor Centre than if I just made a donation.

I digress, love your brusho background and the image is such fun.
