I have had a friend here for the day supposedly to do some crafting, did a lot of talking and not too much crafting of my part, seem stuck in a rut at the moment, however after she had gone home I decided to have a quick play with some Colour Chemistry Inks I just got from Oak House Studios, love the colours, they are a not as brightly coloured as Dylusions and make a nice gentle background for stamping on. I got these Inkylicious stamps back in March at the Harrogate Show and have not really used them, this was a very quick card but I'm happy with how it turned out.

ReplyDeleteI love what you've done with this card Joan, you can almost feel the energy coming from it! The background works really well it looks like there is a light shining through from behind. I'd be happy with it too. I've only recently bought these fairy stamps but the possibilities are endless. Enjoy the rest of your weekend x

I should think you are happy with your card Joan, it's absolutely beautiful and see what you mean about the inks you used for the lovely graduated background, very delicate compared with Dylusions.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely to see you at Penny Black and More challenge, many thanks for joining in.
