Anything Goes

Wow ! its time for the June challenge at Stamping Sensations, where does the time go ? This month its an Anything goes Theme but do remember we are a stamping challenge and your entry MUST have stamping as the focal point, this doesn't mean a small stamped sentiment or a last minute added small butterfly!  I have gone quite clean and simple this month but I think this stamp needs little adding. In retrospect I wouldn't have added the enamel gems , in real life they are an exact match for the colour of the butterfly.  I recently bought quite a lot of the IZINK dye ink pads and I just love them, the colours are beautiful.  I have used the purple and turquoise directly onto the stamp, spritzed with water and stamped onto water colour paper, I loved how it turned out, the two mounts were inked with the same colours so everything matched.

We are sponsored this month by Visible Image who are giving the lucky winner a £25 Voucher to spend in their store

  1. Beautifully CAS Joan and I love the colours that you’ve used. I have a couple of the Izink pads and they are really good, and so vibrant. I think they’re probably the best ones I’ve used since the Adirondacks and so much cheaper than most of the others on the market. Great card and a stamp that is still on my wish list x

  2. A beautiful card Joan and you're right, this lovely butterfly is perfect for CAS. Haven't used the Izink pads, but those colours look gorgeous.
