Still playing with Brusho paints and getting messy, I stamped and embossed the Hero Arts stamp and embossed in gold, sprinked patches of Rose Pink and Emerald Green Brusho and liberally sprayed with water allowing the paint to flow and cover the entire image. After that dried I painted the flowers and leaves with the same Brusho colours. My very ancient Krylon gold pen finally expired but I found another gold leaf pen to edge the piece with, background is another piece coloured with the same brusho colours. I'm feeling quite liberated just enjoying what I'm making at the moment and revisiting old techniques. I'd like to enter a couple of challenges
Allsorts Challenge - Flowers All Over
and
Ellibelles Corner Challenge - also Flowers all over
This is beautiful, Joan - very elegant. Love those colours together. Glad you're having fun playing. I love most techniques, so that really is my idea of heaven, lol.

Hello Joan, things have changed a little since I visited. Still finding my feet after a 2 year break. This is fabulous I love how you have stamped and coloured with Brusho's. Thank you for your comment on my CFD post and good luck in the draw. x
ReplyDeleteAmazing project! Thank you for sharing with us at Allsorts and good luck in the challenge.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful card Joan and it’s great to hear that you’re enjoying card making again. I love using Brushos and I made quite a few backgrounds with them at the weekend ready for when I need them. I love using them with silhouette stamps. The colours that you’ve used, along with the gold embossing looks fabulous x
