Traditional colours

This is a very old favourite stamp that hasn't been used for a couple of years so thought it was due an outing. Simply stamped, coloured with pro markers and decoupaged, embossing folder background and done. I had meant to add some glitter to the flower centres but forgot until I saw it on here.  I'm trying to make "flat" cards this year because of the hike in postage charges! Can make the lumpy bumpies for hand delivered ones.  I've spent two days struggling to make a 60th wedding anniversary card for a lady to give to her husband, this has reminded me of why I don't do commissioned cards ! I don't know the couple concerned so its a stab in the dark, ended up going for the champagne glasses, red roses stuff, not enamoured with it !

Putting my card on a couple of challenges

  1. Well you may not be pleased with your commission card but I hope you are with this because it is absolutely gorgeous, nothing like green and red for Christmas, in my book. I agree with you on the 'thin' cards for this year, otherwise the cost would be prohibitive - shame really. Crafty hugs, Anne x
