Festive Florals and foliage

This week at Stamping Sensations we are sponsored by Be Creative who are offering this lovely prize
check out their Facebook page.

For my card I have used papers from the Festive Paper pad for the background and the main image of the deer. Stamped a few snowflakes on the paper and added some gems. I stamped the Penny Black poinsettia on vellum and white embossed them, then added some colour to the back of the vellum, finished off with a few more gems on the poinsettias. Hope to see you at our challenge this month. Don't forget we are a stamping challenge so must see stamping as a focal point on your card. I'm sure you all have holly, ivy and festive flowers in your stash!

  1. Those Poinsettias look stunning on vellum Joan, a great choice to go with the papers as they carry the soft colours.

Hope you have a good Sunday.

  9. This card has a lovely, serene feel to it Joan and I really like the background papers that you've used for both their images and colours. You've finished it off beautifully by adding the Poinsettias :)
