Try It On Tuesdays current challenge is to use your left overs, well I have plenty of those for sure.
On my card ,the first layer is a piece of wax paper resist left over from my mid month motivation on Stamping Sensations here, still have a lot of it left. The next layer is a piece of distress inked card on which I used the technique of lifting the ink through a stencil with a baby wipe, the butterfly was in a folder with a lot of stampin up butterflies that I had been trying out the triple stamping in various colours, this one is an almost perfect match even though it is stamped with memento inks , I did keep a note with all the butterflies of which colours I had used, not like me to be so efficient . The enamel dots are dark green not black as they look on here. I thought maybe it needs something else but I didn't want to cover up the stencilled layer!
