Transport

We have a lot of family birthdays in February and March so I've been having to make a lot of masculine cards lately, got a bit of an overload with cars and motor bikes so thought I have a play with this old steam train collage stamp, stamped onto a piece of inky paper from "the pile" and just tore off the top bit as it had a yellow sun on it for some reason. The embossed cog piece is also from "the pile" as it the piece of background paper which is actually a bit more purplely than it looks on here. Die cut the cogs ( a cheap die from the works which cuts really well) and just rubbed them with inka gold and green. I would like to enter this card into a couple of challenges

  5. This is beautifully stamped and coloured Joan and the image looks great on your inky background. I really like the embossed background and the addition of the cogs just finishes your card off perfectly. Thank you for sharing it with us at Fashionable Stamping Challenges. Sandra x
