The Rainbow

The current Library Challenge is The Rainbow by D.H. Lawrence, once again a book I have not read.
This is the cover which is the inspiration

An Unrushed Walk Through A Very Different Time - The Rainbow by D.H. Lawrence | Byte The Book

I think I got a bit carried away and gone a bit overboard with the rainbow colours, didn't have a stool but found this stamp with the chair which I wanted to be centre stage, stamped the two women as shadowy figures in the back ground Not the best interpretation but I had fun making it and in the process rediscovered all my Paperbag Studio and Oxford Impression stamps that have not seen the light of day for a long time !

  1. A book I haven't read either Joan, but it's a good interpretation of the cover/title. I do like the inky background with the image.

  2. It's fabulous! Love the big fat rainbow. Thanks for joining The Library.

  3. This has been featured as a ‘Librarian’s Choice’. Thank you for sharing it at The Library.
