I'm resisting !

I've been having a messy time trying different resist techniques, think I like this one best, grasses stamped with versamark and embossed in white, card coloured with distress inks, the butterfly is cut from another resist piece using the clear embossing and ironing technique. This is for The Stampman challenge. The "ribbon" is seam binding dyed with alcohol inks.

  1. Joan, your card is gorgeous, a picture of tranquility. xx

  2. Stunning joan! That stamp has taken on a whole new persona with this technique - love the colours and all the elements you have used to finish off your card. thanks for playing along with this SM challenge x Janet

  3. This is one of my favourite stamps, Joan and I love the way you've used it for your resist technique, the colours are beautiful and I shall have to take tips from you for dying the seam binding, when I tried it it went muddy!!
Thanks so much for joining us at The Stampman this time.
    Hugs Lisax
