Oh Holy Night

This is the best of  a bad lot of photos of my card, I usually scan my cards but on this one the gold looked black no matter what I tried. I just got the star frame and I thought it would go well with my new Holy Night stamp which unfortunately doesn't show up too well on here, also I really wanted to use a darker background but couldn't find a darker blue amongst my stacks of card stock. If I make some more of these I will make an inky background. Anyhow I was determined not to miss the
Rudolph Challenge as I have managed to enter every month up to now.

  1. Such a beautiful card Joan. I know just how bad the mirri card is to photo/scan, I always have several attempts before picking just one.
Thanks for joining in with the Rudolph Days Challenge this month.

  2. Hi Joan,
    Happy Rudolf Days.
Such a very gorgeous design and the gold looks so luxurious and lovely against the blue background.
    Such wonderful stamps used.

  3. Your star die looks fabulous with the nativity. I like to see it in gold mirri card like you have chosen. So elegant but a devil to photograph!

Thanks for taking part in the September Rudolph Days Challenge.

  5. This Nativity scene card is beautiful/ I love the idea of the star frame to hold the sentiment.

I have had sentiments seem to not shoe up in the photo, but usually they are fine in real life!

Thanks for taking part in the October Rudolph Days Challenge.
