Hmm I think I could have been a bit more subtle with the white ink but its ages since I did the bokeh technique and when I saw it was this months challenge at Country View Crafts I thought I'd have a play. The back ground is distress inks and the white is brilliance moonlight white. Used a stencil to add a few more small circles and stamped some seaweed round the edges. still looked a bite bare so added a few sequins
