I give in
Well I've just been trying to use new blogger and I have to give in! When I upload a photo it just comes on as loads of text and symbol and then nothing works on the page, if I stay on old blogger I cannot upload to any challenges or the DT blogs I'm on. I've gone back to old blogger and will just give up blogging when we are forced onto the new one. Feeling fed up.

I’m sorry to read that you’re having such problems with the new blogger. It certainly does have some strange things going on with it doesn’t it. I’ve just about got used to it but it probably more luck than judgement! I don’t know why they just can’t leave things alone, or at least don’t roll out new systems until they’ve been thoroughly tested. I absolutely understand your frustration Joan and I hope they get thing sorted out real soon, or many people will be giving up blogging, which seems such a shame. Sending you a crafty hug, Sandra xx
ReplyDeleteI know just how frustrated you feel Joan! I have tried several times to come to grips with it but keep reverting as I just don't want to sit at my computer for hours. The first time I tried it just would not keep up wit my typing and it took me nearly 3 hours by the time I had added photos...however, I did attempt a short post using my tablet and it seemed quicker, only thing is my photos are amy only tablet via Google photos which download automatically from my phone gallery - I have no idea how permanent that will be. The other thing is - when I put it up on my phone all the photos are elongated and I have to go to web version. I have one more alternative - hubby says our laptop is more up to date and may be easier - but that means putting my photos on there too!!! I am not sure how much blogging I will be doing on new blogger! Take care, Chrisxx
ReplyDeleteIt's called progress according to PJ.... I did stop blogging and then thought why should I let them win?!?! I reverted to legacy and carried on blogging .... everytime I post I send blogger an email telling them I cant use the knew version!!
